I am a private seller and not a shop. Almost all items, with a few exceptions, are in immaculate condition - for ones that have been in my own collection I buy polythene-lined inner sleeves, vinyl outers etc etc, so they've all been stored with great care plus my handling of them has always been careful. The rest are promos I've been sent or items I've bought at record fairs with the intention of selling on.
If any part of an item is in substandard condition it will most definitely be explained in the description. However, knowing how obsessive collectors' minds work I haven't bothered listing more than a handful of items that I think aren't quite in mint condition.
My time to ship is 1 day, my feedback has been great (have a look) and my postage and packaging costs are cheap considering I package items very securely, carefully and not to mention quickly.
I order special mailers and packaging so that every item is packaged in a cardboard mailer as well as reinforced with a cardboard stiffener (or two if going outside the UK).
